At some events, our service includes a payment card system Wise Order. That means the event is cashless and the only available payment method to make purchases*, is the Wise Order paycard. We call it TOP-UP.
*some festival services might be excluded from our payment system.

Terms &Conditions
WHERE CAN I GET MY PAY CARD?
Your card will be available for purchase on arrival in BOX OFFICE POINT or any TOP-UP POINT on festival grounds.
When you add funds to your pay card, they become credit. You can follow your transactions on every purchase invoice (at the bottom), so make sure you are handed one after any purchase.
You agree to verify, retain, and reconcile your transactions and receipts.
WHAT I NEED TO KNOW?
The minimum amount of the first-time credit load is 20 € and for top-up 10 €.
Due to Slovenian law and regulation maximum amount of each credit reload is 200 €.
WHAT IS CHARGED?
Each paycard is charged for;
– system fee (3 €)
-card deposit (3 €)
– garbage deposit 10€
Paycard is mandatory for every visitor.
HOW TO REFUND?
You can request a refund of the remaining balance on your pay card at any time.
Pay attention to the working schedule of TOP-UP-POINTS, so you can empty your pay card at the right time. Using our payment system card you are held responsible for all authorized transactions.
Overjam 2023 refund working hours
Refunds will be available at the festival on Sunday, Aug 20th 2023 until 13:00, after that time the refunds will not be possible.
All refunds of unused funds or deposit on paycard can be returned only in cash.
Refund to payment card will not be possible.

HOW DO I GIVE PAY CARD DEPOSIT BACK
If you return our pay card undamaged and functional, we will refund your whole amount of card deposit.

CUP DEPOSIT>>KEEP IT CLEAN
Every cup (or container) on our bars is subject to a deposit upon which your pay card will be charged 2€. But only for the first purchase. For every next drink, if you bring us a dirty cup or empty containers back, we will not charge you a new deposit.
HOW TO GET DEPOSIT CUP BACK?
Just bring to our TOP-UP point :
– your empty cups/container
– your pay card
The amount of empty cups/containers has to match with the number of deposits that your pay card has been charged with.
